My work blends emotional intelligence, neuroscience, leadership development and practical strategy. I listen deeply, ask the questions that get beneath the surface, challenge what may be keeping you stuck, and help you translate insight into a clear, actionable plan.
MY BACKGROUND
I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), ICF Mentor Coach Specialist (MCS), and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology. I am the founder of Life and Work Design and have designed leadership programs for organizations, coached entrepreneurs and executives, and mentored coaches at all credential levels — ACC, PCC and MCC.
I am the author of Dream It, Design It, Live It; the creator of The Dream Business Dream Life Mastermind Program, The Capacity Code, and The Dream Cards; and a contributing author of Power and Soul: Secrets for Creating the Business and Life of Your Dreams.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is mentoring other coaches. I provide mentor coaching for coaches at all credential levels. Whether you are pursuing your first credential, renewing, or moving to the next level, I welcome the opportunity to support your growth and development.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me practicing yoga, meditating (for over 25 years), dancing, traveling, reading, and enjoying time with my husband and our precious dog Bella. We live in San Diego, California.
